How to request deletion of your Prayas account (app.prayas.tech) and the data tied to it.

Email us from your registered address
Send a request to prayasbu@gmail.com from the email you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request".

We verify it's you
We may reply asking you to confirm your name or registered email to make sure the request is genuine.

Your account and data are removed
We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted vs. kept
